1 +I would suggest to add something about the governance model, such as using a 3-level model (strategic, tactic, operational), Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI Matrix), etc. The governance structure is very useful when you have multiple partners and tasks in a living lab. The models chosen can vary depending on the scale of the LL, but is very important for communication and decision making.
