Research and Innovation process

This tool offers a graphical depiction of the Living Lab Research and Innovation process, catering to external researchers and research teams interested in conducting research within a Living Lab environment. Its purpose is to assist them in identifying the necessary steps to undertake. Once the initial Touchpoints (highlighted in the blue column) have been identified, researchers can then follow the process guidelines while maintaining open and effective communication with the respective Living Lab throughout their research activities.
