I think in general, the title 'Customer segments' is confusing. When I think customers of living lab methodologies, I think about businesses, healthcare organizations, public authorities, universities... and not about the researchers.
Shouldn't the title rather be 'Research fields for H&W Living Labs'?
Also, for the same reason, I do not understand the link with the title 'Living Lab Business model'. Not the researchers but the actual users of the living lab activities (cf. above) are crucial in the business model, as they (should) pay for the living lab services and gain interest and insights from them)
